Polk ranked 10? And GWB ranked 22?

Since people have been trying to make an issue of Obama's supposed inexperience as a reason to vote against him, someone decided to see how experience influenced the historical rankings of our previous presidents. Their conclusion? Prior experience doesn't seem to have any correlation with how good a president one turns out to be.
